What is your technical approach?We create custom, illustrative maps using Adobe Creative Suite, providing an artistic and design-forward extension to traditional GIS data. Backed by an academic foundation in landscape architecture, social sciences, and fine arts, our studio approaches mapmaking with a deep appreciation for human geography, spatial design and high-end visual aesthetics.
How much will my map cost?

Do you need to come over, and where are you based?
Most projects can be handled entirely remotely using the data and context provided. If beneficial to the project, site visits can be arranged to anywhere in the world.
The studio is based in Belgium, Leuven, a vibrant city known for the Stella Artois brewery and its deep roots in cartography. In 16th-century Leuven, Gemma Frisius developed an important mathematical foundation for modern cartography. Mercator studied under Frisius in Leuven, and went on to become one of the most influential figures in the history of cartography. Today, the central heritage collection at KU Leuven Libraries holds over 43,100 maps and atlases, keeping that rich legacy alive right on our doorstep!

We focus mainly on vineyards, national parks, historic domains such as castles and abbeys, tourism initiatives, outdoor adventure companies, trail associations, food production entities such as agroforestry projects, local governments, cities, organisations, ecosystem restoration projects, explorers. We love working on future-proof projects, and part of our profit funds a projects that directly benefits citizen futures thinking strategies through landscapes. Each map allows us to contribute to real-life societal change.
